測試性質(zhì)：綜合性能測試項目，評估椅面在垂直力作用下的耐久能力。
測試對象：整張椅子，適合類(lèi)別，所有椅子
測試程式：由沖擊椅面測試和靜壓前角測試組成。
沖擊測試：直徑16寸重125磅沙包高出椅面1寸的位置以10-30CPM的速度下落沖擊椅面100000次。
靜壓測試：直徑8寸重165磅的壓塊以10-30CPM的速度緩慢靜壓于椅子的前左右角各20000次
結果評估：測試后整張椅子不會(huì )失去功能。
性    能：磁力吸盤(pán)帶動(dòng)砂包,失電時(shí)砂包作自由下落沖擊椅子；一機二用,撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)選擇沖擊或靜壓測試模式；125磅標準砂包外層厚帆布，內層防潮帆布,內裝電鍍鋼球；電動(dòng)調節橫桿上下浮動(dòng)

1、垂直負載下的穩定性試驗：

Stability test of the vertical load

把試件放在試驗基面上。在其zui不穩定桌邊中心離邊沿向內50mm桌面處通過(guò)載入墊垂直向下逐漸加力到規定的力值或者至少試件至少有一個(gè)桌腳離地為止。

Place test specimen on the base surface. Impose the force to the table in its center from the edge of the most unstable inward 50mm desktop vertically down through the loading pad gradually with augmented the value or at least one specimen legs up off the ground.

2.垂直和水平載入穩定性試驗：

Vertical and horizontal load stability test

把試件放在試驗基面上。用擋塊擋住試件zui不穩定邊的桌腳。防止試件在試驗中移動(dòng)。在該邊中心離邊沿向內50mm桌面處通過(guò)載入墊垂直向下施加100N的力。同時(shí)在該邊中心桌上向外施加一個(gè)水平力。逐漸增加該力到規定值或者至少有一個(gè)桌腳離地為止。

Put the specimen on the test-based surface. With the block blocking the most unstable side of the specimen legs to prevent the test specimen to move. 3.垂直靜載荷試驗：

Vertical static load test

在桌面易于發(fā)生破壞的位置，按規定的力通過(guò)載入墊，垂直向下重復施加10次。每次至少應保持10秒。

On the most easy damaged position of the desk surface , to impose the specified force by loading pad, vertical put down repeated 10 times. Keep 10 seconds at least.
